QUESTION 1. DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER

Yes, everyone must complete a waiver in order to check in at camp.  Please complete the online waiver form before coming to camp.

QUESTION 2. DO I NEED A NAME BADGE

Yes, each camper ages 4 and older will be receiving a name badge upon arrival. Your lodging, group number/color, camp map and schedule are included in the badge holder. You need to wear your badge to enter the dining hall for all meals.

QUESTION 3. WHERE DO I PARK MY CAR
Parking is limited at Alliance Redwoods. Please carpool together with 3 or 4 people as ARCG has only 2 parking lots. If the main parking lot is full, you can use the parking lot on the other side of the street (Bohemian Hwy). Please strictly follow parking and driving rules of the Alliance Redwoods Camp Grounds.

QUESTION 4. CAN I ACCESS THE INTERNET AT CAMP
Yes, you can access the internet by connecting to the wi-fi network ARCG.public. Password is not needed. You may experience network slowness and inconsistent connections due to poor reception in remote area.

QUESTION 5. WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE

Immodest apparel will not be permitted. Please ask yourself, would God approve of my clothing before wearing it out at camp. Please do wear our camp T-shirt (provided upon your arrival) for group photo and activities on Saturday. On Saturday evening/night you have a choice to wear your creative colorful fruits and flowers clothes for dinner and family night event.

QUESTION 6. CAN I COME FOR A DAY TRIP

You have to get a confirmation from your TBL church coordinator before you can come. Daily fees: Adult $20/day; Youth (6 to 12) $15/day; Kids under 6 Free. Meals: $8 Breakfast, $10 Lunch, $12 Dinner.

QUESTION 7. WHERE DO MY CHILDREN MEET AT CAMP
You can take your children pre-K to 6th grade (ages 4-12) to the Kinser Room at the Performing Arts Center (PAC) building where we hold our main worship services. Children Ministry will have staff to receive your children on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30am to 12:00pm. Parents are responsible to take care all infants and toddlers. The Redwood Room (#15 on the map) has a restroom and kitchen with refrigerator and microwave to store milk and foods for your children.

QUESTION 8. WHERE TO CALL FOR HELP AT ALLIANCE REDWOODS
Emergency phones are placed in most of the meeting rooms and at strategic locations around the camp. Dial “0” to reach the front office. After hours dial “101” to reach the security guard/medic. You can also contact our TBL2017 First Aid Team.

QUESTION 9. DOES THE CAMP SERVE FOODS WITH PEANUT
Alliance Redwoods does not serve whole peanuts in the kitchen. However, some of the food may contain traces of nuts or be made in a factory with nuts. ARCG does provide a vegan meal option for guests- this is homemade and they can guarantee that it is nut free. Individuals with nut allergies are welcome to choose this option or bring their own food. They are also welcome to eat off the line if they feel that traces of nuts will not harm them. ARCG does serve peanut products in the gift store. Read the label before buying.
